Planned Space Limited is the owner and operator of this website. The following outlined Terms are the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services offered by Planned Space Limited. This website offers visitors hardware, kitchen accessories, etc. By accessing or using any of the services on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the outlined Terms.
In order to utilize our website and/or obtain our products, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or of the legal age of minority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. You are not authorized to utilize this website and/or obtain products if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any laws or regulations which are applicable to you.
When purchasing an item, you agree that: (1) it is your responsibility to read the full item listing and description before making a commitment to purchasing it: (2) when you commit to buy an item and complete the check-out payment process, you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase said item.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change the price of displayed products at any time, and to correct any pricing errors that may have unintentionally occurred. Return and refund policy
​
Any returns, exchanges, or replacement of damaged items must be completed within 7 business days of package delivery. Please contact sales@planned-space.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Returns:
In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition which it was received, and in its original packaging. To return items please contact us to inform us of your wish to return your items. We will provide you with the required shipping information. Please note that Planned Space Limited is not responsible for the cost of shipping your items back. Once we receive your returned shipment we will inspect it and determine if your refund is accepted. There will be a restocking fee that will apply to all returned items, which will be 25% of the returned value. Once your refund has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation that your refund has automatically been applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be posted. Please note that shipping costs on your original order will not be included in the refund.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased, please contact us and we will provide you with the shipment details you require. Please note that Planned Space Limited is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send back your item. With an exchange of items we will waive the 25% restocking fee that is charged with a return of item. Depending on the cost of the exchanged item, we will either issue a refund, or charge your card the difference in price. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new shipment. We will send you a confirmation email, along with tracking information when your new item has shipped.
Damaged Items:
If goods arrive damaged, please take pictures immediately and email them to us at the address provided above. We will look at the product and provide further instruction. If your claim is approved we will ship out replacement items at no additional cost to you. We will send you a confirmation email along with tracking information once your package has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for your replacement package to arrive. At the time of claim approval we will let you know if you are required to ship back the damaged items or if you may keep them. If the items are to be returned to us we will provide you with a shipping label at no additional cost to you.

In addition, please note the following: (1) products may only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (2) we advise that you choose a trackable shipping option or purchase shipping insurance when you are sending your packages back to us. Planned Space Limited cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipment.

Retention of right to change offering
​
We reserve the right, without prior notice to change the products and/or services offered; stop providing the products and/or services or any features relating to the products and/or services we offer; or create limits for the products and/or services. We may temporarily or permanently terminate or suspend access to the products and/or services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products

Upon receiving a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either replace the product or repair the relevant defect. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item back to us and we will pay for the shipment of the repaired or replaced product to the customer.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos

The Service and materials therein or transferred thereby, including, but not limited to, software, text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks, patents, copyrights, service marks, audio, photographs, music, video, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Planned Space Limited. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a licence in or under any such intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to licence, sell, modify, rent, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, adapt, publish create, or edit derivative works thereof.
You acknowledge and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to images, designs, videos, animations, fonts, audio files, illustrations, logos, artworks, compositions, text, interfaces, or literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all relevant rights to the content, or received all the proper licences to upload/transfer/send the content. You are in agreeance, and consent that the uploaded/transferred content might be displayed publicly on the website.
Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your access to the product or service without notice and liability for any reason, including, if in our sole determination you breach any provision of these Terms or any pertinent law or regulation.
