Planned Space Limited understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, therefore your order is processed as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive your items within 5-10 business days. Please note that since we make every effort to ship your product as swiftly as possible, once the shipping process begins we are unable to make changes to your order.

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Free Shipping

Orders over $100 ship free within Canada and orders over $200 ship free to the United States.

Flat-Rate Shipping

Orders under $100 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $25 within Ontario and $50 to all other Canadian provinces.

Orders under $200 shipping to the United States have a flat-rate fee of $50.

Backordered Items

If any item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting your shipment and having all the items which are in stock sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item. 

Tracking Your Order

Upon your order leaving our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Most tracking codes take a minimum of one business day to activate. 


Any returns, exchanges, or replacement of damaged items must be completed within 7 business days of package delivery. Please contact if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order.  


In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition which it was received, and in its original packaging. To return items please contact us to inform us of your wish to return your items. We will provide you with the required shipping information. Please note that Planned Space Limited is not responsible for the cost of shipping your items back. Once we receive your returned shipment we will inspect it and determine if your refund is accepted. There will be a restocking fee that will apply to all returned items, which will be 25% of the returned value. Once your refund has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation that your refund has automatically been applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be posted. Please note that shipping costs on your original order will not be included in the refund.   


 If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased, please contact us and we will provide you with the shipment details you require. Please note that Planned Space Limited is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send back your item. With an exchange of items we will waive the 25% restocking fee that is charged with a return of item. Depending on the cost of the exchanged item, we will either issue a refund, or charge your card the difference in price. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new shipment. We will send you a confirmation email, along with tracking information when your new item has shipped.  

Damaged Items:

If goods arrive damaged, please take pictures immediately and email them to us at the address provided above. We will look at the product and provide further instruction. If your claim is approved we will ship out replacement items at no additional cost to you. We will send you a confirmation email along with tracking information once your package has shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days for your replacement package to arrive. At the time of claim approval we will let you know if you are required to ship back the damaged items or if you may keep them. If the items are to be returned to us we will provide you with a shipping label at no additional cost to you.  

In addition, please note the following: (1) products may only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (2) we advise that you choose a trackable shipping option or purchase shipping insurance when you are sending your packages back to us. Planned Space Limited cannot guarantee that we will receive your shipment.
